At Vitafoods Europe 2017 we are launching our brand new plant-based sugar replacer blend Sucari, which can be substituted gram for gram in drinks and baked foods. In addition to this, we are tapping into other key consumer trends including vegan and clean label.
ProEarth vegan protein + instAA: An exclusive ProEarth® vegan protein blend containing pea, rice, sunflower and pumpkin protein, plus vegan amino acid blend InstAA®. Its smooth texture and wild raspberry flavour provides a delicious way to boost protein intake.
Sucari® plant based sweetener: The Sucari® plant-based sweetener blend has been formulated using carefully selected, plant-derived ingredients to deliver a taste and texture that is similar to traditional sugar. With only a fraction of the calories, this blend is suitable for use in food and drink product development as per local legislation.
Phytofare: A clinically proven green tea extract with a bioavailability of between 60-80%. The green tea leaves are grown on Plandai’s estate and are processed within an hour of picking to leave all eight green tea catechins compares to just two found in generic extracts.
